Optional: dissolve cornstarch in a little cold milk and add to thicken, simmering gently.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy for breakfast, dessert, or late-night snack.
Pair with coffee, espresso, or hot chocolate for an authentic Spanish experience.
Cooking Tips
Use a star nozzle to achieve traditional ridged churros.
Maintain oil temperature for crispy, non-greasy churros.
Thick chocolate is traditional in Spain—perfect for dipping rather than drinking.
