Ingredients (Serves 2–4)


  • 200–300 g fresh white cheese (feta-style or Balkan sir)

  • 150–200 g kajmak

  • Fresh bread or flatbread, for serving

Optional additions:

  • Sliced tomatoes or cucumbers

  • Olives

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)


Preparation


  1. Prepare the cheese:

    • Slice or crumble the white cheese and place it on a serving plate.

  2. Add kajmak:

    • Spoon kajmak generously over or beside the cheese.

  3. Serve:

    • Serve immediately with fresh bread and optional vegetables or olives.
